LinkCommand is owned and operated by Etica Entertainment, Inc.. One of its flagship Internet services is web hosting through Truepath.com. Since 1997, Truepath.com has grown and become a professionally operated company offering high quality web hosting for the value sensitive market.

In the last 2 years, we have seen a proliferation of link management tools on the Internet. Most of these services are fee-based and offer a link directory from which subscribers can attain cross or reciprocal links. We recognize the value of quality cross linking but were not interested in fee-based services that offered questionable value and had search engine 'foot prints' (required some sort of advertisement or text string that could be searched for and found with a search engine). Rather, we looked for a utility that would:

• Facilitate the gathering;
• Manage the approval / edit process;
• Offer management and verification of 1, 2, 3 and multi-dimensional links;
• And, reduce the flow of email

All without a searchable footprint or advertisement.

And we wanted it to be free. As you can imagine, we waited and waited, but could not find a service (even fee-based) that would satisfy all these conditions.
